The position of National Council member Dmitry Shakhanov, chairman of the public organization Russian Professional Union of Railway Workers and Transport Builders, has been clarified (by agreement).
Alla Vuchkovich, Andrey Zarenin, Vladimir Matveychuk, Alexey Okunkov, Maxim Uvaydov have been excluded from the National Council.

- Denis Agafonov, Head of the Expert Department of the President of the Russian Federation;
- Alexander Vaino, Director of the "Young Professionals" direction of the autonomous non-profit organization "Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects" (by agreement);
- Eduard Omarov, First Vice-President of the All-Russian Public Organization of Small and Medium-sized Businesses "OPORA RUSSIA" (by agreement);
- Svetlana Radionova, Head of Rosprirodnadzor;
- Sergey Saratov, Deputy General Director of JSC "Russian Railways" (by agreement);
- Vladimir Simonenko, Head of the Department of the President of the Russian Federation for the Formation and Activities of the State Council of the Russian Federation;
- Maksut Shadayev, Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation;
- Ksenia Shevelkina, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
