Agreement signed between SPC AIC and SPC FR

On June 27, Alexander Baburin, Chairman of the Council for Professional Qualifications of the Agro-Industrial Complex, took part in an open meeting of the Council for Professional Qualifications of the Financial Market.

At the meeting, an Agreement on intersectoral cooperation and interaction in the field of developing the National Qualifications System was signed between the two Councils. The subject of the Agreement is the intersectoral cooperation and interaction of the Parties aimed at developing human resources in the Russian Federation, establishing partnership relations and developing long-term effective cooperation in the field of developing the National Qualifications System in the Russian Federation, as well as information exchange between the Parties.

The Agreement defines the main areas of interaction and cooperation:

- assistance in the formation and implementation of tools of the National Qualifications System (professional standards, professional qualifications and sets of assessment tools), including through the creation of intersectoral working (expert) bodies;

- development of recommendations for the development and updating of professional standards, names of professional qualifications and requirements for them, for compliance with which an independent assessment of qualifications is carried out;

- formation and development of intersectoral qualification assessment centers and examination sites for professional qualifications in the assigned types of professional activity for conducting independent qualification assessment procedures for applicants (hereinafter - examination sites);

-participation of the Parties in the organization and conduct of professional and public accreditation of educational programs; organizational, methodological and informational support for projects and initiatives of the Parties in the field of developing the National Qualifications System;

- exchange of analytical materials within the competencies of the Parties;

- organization and holding of joint public events (seminars, webinars, round tables, conferences, etc.)
