We took part in the regular meeting of the Russian Tripartite Commission for the Regulation of Social and Labor Relations.
The meeting was chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova.
At the meeting, the members of the RTC considered and approved measures for preparing for the 2025 children's summer health campaign, including for children from the Far North regions and equivalent areas.
This summer, more than 40,000 children's recreation and health organizations are planning to operate, including 2,250 stationary camps, 31,167 day camps, 4,391 children's labor and recreation camps, 621 tent camps, and 1,747 specialized camps.
Approximately 6 million children are planned to be sent for recreation and recuperation in 2025, including about 1.5 million who are in difficult life situations.
More than 65,000 children from the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions will have organized recreation and recuperation, including in other regions of the country.
It is planned to organize 6,780 inclusive shifts for more than half a million children with disabilities and disabled children.
Also, more than 175,000 children of participants in the special military operation, including about 130,000 children of military personnel and 45,000 children of civil servants, are planned to be sent for recreation and recuperation in the summer of 2025.
More than 1 million children will be sent from the Far North regions and equivalent areas to recreation and health improvement organizations during the current year's summer period.
In addition, more than 6,000 children from the Arctic zone regions – students in grades 5-8 – will have a free vacation on the Black Sea coast of the Krasnodar Territory, the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, on the coasts of the Caspian and Sea of Japan, as well as in the Republic of Adygea, and at the resorts of the Caucasian Mineral Waters.
Approximately 690,000 people will be involved in the work of children's recreation and health improvement organizations this summer, including 333,000 pedagogical workers and 66,000 counselors.
Various forms of leisure activities are planned for more than 14 million children during the summer holidays, based at organizations for additional children's education, cultural and sports institutions at their place of residence, professional and other educational institutions.
Issues of ensuring the safety of children during organized recreation and health improvement are a priority and are under constant special control.
Great attention is paid to the development of infrastructure for children's recreation and health improvement organizations. With federal budget funds, 147 rapidly deployable residential modules with a total capacity of more than 7.5 thousand beds have been built, and canteens and medical facilities have undergone major repairs.
A unified educational program is being formed for children's recreation organizations, based on the preservation of socio-cultural, traditional Russian spiritual and moral values, as well as a professional training program for counselors.
The members of the RTC also considered the scenario conditions for the functioning of the Russian economy and the main parameters of the forecast for the socio-economic development of the country for 2026 and the planning period of 2027 and 2028.
In addition, the parties of the Russian Tripartite Commission considered and supported:
the draft federal law "On the execution of the budget of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund for 2024";
