On June 17, 2025, the first meeting of the Public Council under the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance of the new convocation took place. The event, held at the Public Chamber of Russia, was also attended by representatives of business circles, industry unions, and specialized organizations.
Lyudmila Manitskaya, Director of the Russian Union of Dairy Enterprises, was unanimously elected Chairman of the Public Council under Rosselkhoznadzor of the new convocation.
The President of Rosagropromsoyuz, Chairman of the RSPP Commission on the Agro-Industrial Complex and Food Security, Viktor Biryukov.
The council members also approved the Code of Ethics for members of the Public Council under Rosselkhoznadzor and the work plan for 2025.
The powers of the council in its updated composition are valid until June 18, 2028.
