On March 3, Kursk State Agrarian University became one of the first venues in the country where the implementation of the instruction of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, given to the Government of the Russian Federation on February 12, began in practice - to consider the possibility of combining state final certification and independent qualification assessment.
A meeting was held at the university between Rector Alexander Musyal and Gennady Yuryevich Belousov, a member of the Presidium of Rosagropromsoyuz and head of the qualification assessment center LLC "UK APK-PROF", following which an agreement was signed to establish an examination center at the university. The new center will provide an opportunity to take exams and obtain relevant certificates. The main goal of the examination center's activities is to conduct an independent assessment of qualifications. This is another center within the framework of the Council for Professional Qualifications in the Agro-Industrial Complex.
The new center will allow combining final certification and independent qualification assessment, bringing graduation procedures as close as possible to the real requirements of the agro-industrial complex. This is a direct response to employers' requests and a serious step towards further improving the quality of training specialists for the agro-industrial complex.
