On September 17, as part of the X All-Russian Week of Labor Protection, the National Agency for Qualifications Development will hold the HR Forum "National Qualifications System — 2025"
The event will be held under the auspices of the National Council under the President of the Russian Federation for Professional Qualifications with the support of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation. The annual HR Forum NSK traditionally brings together top managers, executives, and HR specialists.
The platform will present modern human resource management technologies and best practices for applying the tools of the National Qualifications System in companies. Speakers will discuss issues of an integrated approach to staffing enterprises, employee motivation, methods for assessing employee competencies, digitalization technologies for HR processes, and the future of HR.
The Forum will host two sessions: "Investment in personnel as a business growth point" and "Digital technologies: effective solutions in personnel management." Representatives of industry employer associations, executives and HR directors of Russia's largest companies, experts in human capital management, as well as owners and executives of technology companies creating digital solutions for HR will take part in their work.
The event will be held in a combined format — in-person and online. Venue — Sochi, Federal Territory "Sirius", Sirius University.
