In accordance with paragraph 156 of the Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Commission, approved by Decision No. 98 of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council dated December 23, 2014, the Department of Agro-Industrial Policy of the Eurasian Economic Commission announces the start of a public discussion within the framework of the current regulatory impact assessment of the draft international agreement "Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement on the Circulation of Agricultural Plant Seeds within the Eurasian Economic Union dated November 7, 2017" (hereinafter - the Draft Protocol).

The period for public discussion is from August 21, 2025, to October 5, 2025.
