This was announced by Pavel Kosov, General Director of Rosagroleasing, at a meeting with deputies of the United Russia faction.
During his report, Pavel Kosov spoke about the company's significance in the development of the domestic agricultural industry.
Rosagroleasing's terms are unparalleled, which explains its high and continuously growing demand. The company has shown continuous growth in supply volumes over recent years. By the end of last year, Rosagroleasing supplied 18.8 thousand units of equipment totaling almost 120 billion rubles.
It is important to note that this provides assistance not only to farmers but also to domestic machine builders, for whom Rosagroleasing is a reliable partner and the largest sales channel for their products.
The most comfortable leasing conditions for farmers are achieved through state support of the leasing instrument – providing subsidies to Rosagroleasing to offer farmers a preferential rate.
Under this program, 45 thousand units of equipment have been supplied since 2019, through which farmers have collectively saved over 26 billion rubles.
This approach allows for accelerated progress in solving state tasks to increase the level of mechanization to an optimal level and improve the quality of labor in rural areas.
The meeting participants discussed the increased leasing rates over the past six months. Answering deputies' questions, Pavel Kosov announced a decision to reduce preferential leasing rates to 8-12% with an average annual appreciation of 3.3%.
"These preferential conditions, along with a one-year deferral of debt payments, will allow clients to enter the investment cycle and repay their obligations to the company from the harvested crop. The fixed leasing rate at the time of contract signing will also add stability. It is important that during these turbulent times, farmers maintain an 'island of stability' in the form of leasing." - noted Pavel Kosov.
