The annual labor market monitoring is conducted in accordance with Article 6 of Federal Law No. 238-FZ of July 3, 2016, "On Independent Qualification Assessment," to assist professional qualification councils in exercising their powers. The event is organized with the support of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia, as well as regional executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and other organizations.
