The All-Russian competition for young managers "Leaders of the Village – 2025" is one of the flagship projects in the field of rural development and training new personnel for rural areas. It aims to form a stable personnel base of young managers and opinion leaders in rural areas. Registration of participants has been extended until October 19.
Young people aged 18 to 35, living in rural areas or working on rural development, can take part in the competition: employees of municipal administrations, agricultural enterprises, organizations and institutions in education, youth policy, culture, healthcare, sports, and other fields. Also, those without management experience, including students of educational organizations.
The tests include two remote stages aimed at assessing the general level of knowledge, abilities, and potential for socio-political work. In addition, a comprehensive assessment of competencies will be conducted during the in-person final.
Winners will receive support in professional and career growth, in forming a team for the development of a rural settlement or municipality, and in implementing a social, commercial, infrastructure, or other project within the framework of the educational program "Workshop for Rural Area Development," the opportunity to undertake an internship in federal government bodies, regional executive authorities, and local self-government bodies, and inclusion in expert and advisory bodies.
