Gennadii Belousov, Member of the Presidium of the Agro-industrial Union of Russia and General Director of JSC "NPF "APK-FOND", has been included in the Committee of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RUIE) for the Development of Pension Systems and Social Insurance. This decision confirms the growing role of the agro-industrial complex (AIC) in solving national socio-economic problems.
“Participation in the committee’s work is an opportunity to convey the position of agricultural producers on such important issues as the need to ensure appropriate amendments for existing incentives in promoting the long-term savings program with state participation among agricultural workers, and the development of corporate pension programs in the agricultural sector. These programs contribute to creating long-term attachment to the company, increasing employee loyalty and engagement, and building opportunities for their professional and career growth. We are interested in building effective social mobility and reliable social guarantees for millions of rural workers,” Gennadii Belousov noted.
The new appointment will allow for the systematic representation and protection of the interests of enterprises and workers in the agro-industrial complex in the field of pension provision, corporate social programs, and improving staff financial literacy. The inclusion of an AIC representative in the key RUIE committee will contribute to the development of balanced solutions that take into account the specifics of the industry.
