The event took place on February 4 at the Coordination Center
Government of Russia during the award ceremony of the "National
Expert – 2025" award.
Yulia Gryaznova, Head of the Strategy, Analytics and Research Directorate of ANO "National Priorities", presented the final report for 2025 with an analysis of the contribution of various spheres and sectors of the economy to Russia's technological leadership.
The consolidated material on the topic "Technological Sovereignty: How Russia Turns Challenges into Breakthroughs" summarizes the key findings of 8 analytical reports, in the preparation of which 175 experts participated in 2025:
challenges and solutions.
One of the reports, which discusses new personnel for technological leadership, specifically states that human capital is one of the key factors in technological transformations, and all large-scale technological breakthroughs made by Russia throughout its history began with a deep transformation of the personnel management system: changes in the paradigm of training, motivation, and organization of labor.
"Since 2025, representatives of the National Agency have participated in expert sessions organized by ANO "National Priorities". We consider it important to reflect in analytical reports the opinions of employers and professional communities on the results of the implementation of national projects, as well as their contribution to ensuring technological sovereignty and achieving technological leadership of our country. This year, we are ready to continue cooperation and participate in all expert events of ANO "National Priorities"", - noted Alexey Vovchenko, General Director of the National Agency for Qualifications Development.
The top 20 representatives from various professional fields who regularly participated in expert events of ANO "National Priorities" also made a significant contribution to the development of analytical reports and the promotion of national projects in 2025, and received the "National Expert" award. The statuettes and diplomas were presented to the award winners by the Deputy Head of the Apparatus
of the Russian Federation, Leonid Levin, and the Director General of ANO "National Priorities", Sofia Malyavina.
