This refers to regions that have declared a need for additional funding. These are Altai, Stavropol, Khabarovsk Krais, Amur, Volgograd, Kaliningrad, Kurgan, Leningrad, Lipetsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Novgorod, Omsk, Smolensk, Tver, Tomsk, Chelyabinsk, Yaroslavl Oblasts, as well as Kabardino-Balkaria, Bashkortostan, Karelia, Tatarstan, Udmurtia, the Republics of Mari El and Sakha (Yakutia).

Support for measures aimed at improving the staffing of the agro-industrial complex is carried out within the framework of the federal project "Personnel in the Agro-Industrial Complex" of the national project "Technological Support for Food Security".

The state, in particular, subsidizes targeted training for students of agricultural universities, expenses for their accommodation, as well as incentive payments to specialists of key projects in the agro-industrial complex.

“We expect that this approach will increase the competitiveness of our agro-industrial complex and contribute to the creation of jobs in rural areas,” Mikhail Mishustin noted, speaking about the decision made at the Government meeting on September 4.
