As part of the agro-industrial exhibition "Golden Autumn – 2025", a new competition "Leaders of the Agro-Industrial Complex", organized by the presidential platform "Russia – Land of Opportunity" jointly with the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia.

The project aims to identify promising leaders in agriculture with outstanding leadership and managerial qualities.

"Indeed, the 'Leaders of Russia' project, which was launched several years ago on the initiative of our President, has proven its significance. Thousands of young people who completed this school, who were in the finals, are now in demand in public service, and I know that some of them work in the agro-industrial complex. I wish good luck to the new 'Leaders of the Agro-Industrial Complex' competition," said Mikhail Mishustin.

"Today, on behalf of the President, together with the 'Russia – Land of Opportunity' platform, we launched a new competition, 'Leaders of the Agro-Industrial Complex'. Its goal is to find and support ambitious and promising managers in various fields – from agricultural science and education to business and public administration. To open up broad opportunities for self-realization for those who are ready to take responsibility and lead people," she said. Oksana Lut.

"In May of this year, at a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the platform, Vladimir Vladimirovich instructed us to hold a competition for promising leaders in agriculture. This is how the 'Leaders of the Agro-Industrial Complex' project was born. Today, the agricultural sector is about high technologies, digital transformation, and strong teams. We will be looking for leaders capable of managing complex IT projects, implementing unmanned technologies, and building effective business processes. We are open not only to those in the field but also to scientists, developers, logisticians – everyone whose work is related to the development of the agro-industrial complex," noted Andrey Betin.

Managers with at least two years of management experience and experience in the agro-industrial complex and related fields will be able to take part in the competition. All winners will enter the Higher School of Management in Agriculture and will have the opportunity to undergo training in a unique educational program at “Senezh”, and finalists – in a mentoring program. Applications will be accepted until November 9.
