Main activities of Rosagropromsoyuz

The main activity of Rosagropromsoyuz is to represent and protect the rights and interests of employers in the Russian agro-industrial complex in relations with state authorities, trade unions, public associations, and other organizations at federal, regional, and municipal levels. The Union promotes the interests of Russian agribusiness in domestic and foreign markets, and enhances the status and prestige of professions in the agro-industrial complex.
  • Representation and protection of employers' interests


    Rosagropromsoyuz represents the interests of its members in relations with state authorities at all levels, including the State Duma, relevant ministries and departments, as well as regional and municipal bodies.
  • Modernization and improvement of production efficiency, economic stimulation of labor
    The Union promotes the introduction of innovative technologies, the development of production infrastructure, the improvement of labor productivity and product quality, and provides information on the long-term savings program with state participation.
  • Consolidation of the agrarian business community and improvement of the business environment

    Rosagropromsoyuz forms a platform for exchanging experience, developing common positions, and jointly solving industry problems. Participation and organization of forums, conferences, and round tables.
  • Participation in improving the regulatory framework

    The Union actively works with the State Duma, relevant committees, ministries, and departments, participates in the preparation and expert review of draft laws concerning the agro-industrial complex, labor relations, education, support for rural areas, and other key areas.
  • Work with educational institutions, youth, and human resource development
    The Union actively interacts with agricultural universities, colleges, technical schools and schools, participates in the development and accreditation of educational programs, and forms industry standards and qualifications.
  • Forecasting and regulation of the qualifications market
    The Agro-Industrial Complex Council for Professional Qualifications (SPK APK) forecasts the supply and demand for qualifications, which allows for planning personnel training and preventing a shortage or surplus of specialists in certain areas.
Rosagropromsoyuz acts not only as a representative of employers in the executive branch, but also as an active participant in the legislative process, including through interaction with the State Duma and its committees, influencing the formation of a modern and effective regulatory framework for the Russian agro-industrial complex.
