Structure of Rosagropromsoyuz
General Meeting
The supreme governing body of the All-Russian Inter-industry Association of Employers "Agro-Industrial Union of Russia" is the General Meeting of Members. Authorized representatives of Rosagropromsoyuz members participate in the General Meeting with voting rights, and when held in absentia, they vote by ballot in accordance with the representation norms. The procedure for convening and the competence of the General Meeting are determined by the Charter.
Register of members Presidium
The Presidium is a permanent collegial executive body of management, elected by the General Meeting and accountable to it. Members of the Presidium are elected by the General Meeting for a term of three years from among representatives of Rosagropromsoyuz members, as well as other individuals who have made a significant contribution to the development of the agro-industrial complex and related fields.
More details Control and Audit Commission
Control over the financial and economic activities of Rosagropromsoyuz is carried out by the Control and Audit Commission. The Control and Audit Commission operates in accordance with its regulations, approved by the General Meeting. The General Meeting elects members of the Audit Commission for a term of three years.
President
The sole executive body of Rosagropromsoyuz is the President, who exercises the current management of Rosagropromsoyuz's activities.

Representative of the side of all-Russian associations of employers in the Russian Tripartite Commission for the Regulation of Social and Labor Relations;
Co-chairman of the working group "Livestock and Crop Production" under the sub-commission for improving control (supervisory) and permitting functions of federal executive bodies under the Government Commission for Administrative Reform;
Chairman of the Regional Association of Employers "Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Mordovia";
Coordinator of the employers' side of the Mordovian Republican Tripartite Commission for the Regulation of Social and Labor Relations.
