Rosagropromsoyuz is one of the main parties to social partnership in the agro-industrial complex, actively participating in the regulation of social and labor relations at the federal level.

Rosagropromsoyuz plays a key role in the formation and implementation of social partnership policy in the agro-industrial complex, coordinates employers' actions on employment, wages, labor protection, social support for employees, participates in the conclusion and implementation of industry agreements, as well as in the development and improvement of the regulatory framework for social and labor relations.

  • Participation in the conclusion and implementation
    of the Industry Agreement for the Agro-Industrial Complex
    Rosagropromsoyuz is an official party to the Sectoral Agreement, which defines the general principles for regulating social, labor, and related economic relations in the agro-industrial complex. The Agreement serves as the basis for the development and conclusion of collective agreements and regional agreements, and in their absence, it applies directly.
  • Social Partnership

    Rosagropromsoyuz coordinates employers' actions on issues of employment, wages, labor protection, social insurance, and pension provision for employees. It participates in negotiations and decision-making with trade unions and government bodies on issues of social and labor policy and rural social development.

    Promotes the creation of high-performance, safe, and well-paid jobs, human resource development, and support for youth, women, people with disabilities, and other socially vulnerable groups. Participates in the formation and implementation of a system of professional qualifications in the industry, and monitors labor market needs.
  • Participation in the Development of Regulatory
    Acts
    Rosagropromsoyuz participates in the preparation of proposals and the development of decisions by state authorities on issues of social and labor relations and the development of the agro-industrial complex. Constant interaction is maintained with the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, relevant committees of the State Duma, and executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation on issues of improving legislation and law enforcement practices in the agricultural sector.

  • "Sectoral Agreement on the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Russian Federation for 2024–2026"

    regulates social and labor relations and establishes general principles of economic relations in the agro-industrial complex, as well as defines joint actions of trade unions, employers, and the state to improve the well-being and social protection of industry workers.


    Rosagropromsoyuz is the coordinator of the employers' side from the agro-industrial complex.

  • Russian Tripartite Commission for the Regulation of Social and Labor Relations

    a permanent coordinating body established to reconcile interests and regulate social and labor relations between employer associations, all-Russian trade union associations, and the Government of the Russian Federation.
