Member of the Board of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, member of the Public Council under Rosselkhoznadzor of the Russian Federation;
Member of the Council for HR provision of the agro-industrial complex under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation;
Chairman of the Commission of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs for the agro-industrial complex and food security, member of the Board of the RSPP;
Representative of the side of all-Russian employers' associations in the Russian Tripartite Commission for the Regulation of Social and Labor Relations;
Co-chairman of the working group "Livestock and Crop Production" under the sub-commission for improving control (supervisory) and permitting functions of federal executive bodies under the Government Commission for Administrative Reform;
Chairman of the Regional Association of Employers "Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Mordovia";
Coordinator of the employers' side of the Mordovian Republican Tripartite Commission for the Regulation of Social and Labor Relations.
